Job Summary Are you passionate about Urban Planning and Aviation? Landrum and Brown is seeking a 2025 Summer Intern to join our team in Cincinnati. As an Aviation Planning Intern, you'll gain the opportunity to work on large-scale airport master planning and development projects. This internship is your chance to be part of a collaborative community where you can expand your knowledge and sharpen your skills through hands-on meaningful work. Responsibilities & Qualifications What You Will Do Conduct planning studies and analyze airport facilities and operations Assist in developing airport facility conceptual plans (AutoCAD) Develop GIS databases and mapping for airspace analyses Participate in data collection and surveys Coordinate and write task analysis results and reports Assist in preparing presentations Engage client staff, attend client meetings/presentations, and establish positive relationships Maintain good communication with project team and colleagues Support peers in various task assignments Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Team Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements Your Education and Experience Requires current 3rd year standing as an undergraduate, or a Graduate student standing, pursuing a degree in Urban Planning, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline Familiarity with AutoCAD Knowledge of Adobe Suite, GIS, SketchUp, a plus Additional Information At Landrum and Brown we strive to create a supportive and enriching learning environment that empowers you to make an impact.
