Trihealth Inc MAINTENANCE MECHANIC III LICENSED ELECTRICIAN FT DAY BETHESDA NORTH in Cincinnati, Ohio
Ideal candidate will possess electrical and Fire Alarm license. This is position installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment and circuits, including power distribution systems, motor control centers and backup emergency switch gear Follows appropriate preventative maintenance schedules to ensure proper maintenance and maximum life of the equipment May participate in customer service activities related to electrical distribution, nurse call systems, TV systems, public address systems and other equipment and systems Reports problems through the work order system and suggests solutions to systems and equipment May participate in the planning and execution process for remodeling and construction Performs other maintenance duties as assigned Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Hospital buildings, facilities and equipment at the "expert", "master craftsman", or "specialist" level in one of the building trades. Must be familiar with and reasonably proficient in the other trades. Provides technical direction/advice to helpers/workers/mechanics on maintenance operations. Assists Supervisor in determining optimal maintenance and operations methods. Must be able to work with little or no direct supervision as employee is solely responsible for ascertaining what maintenance or repair is required, determining its priority and responding appropriately. Customer Service orientation is mandatory.
