Job Description
The Digital Media Trading Manager is a role with our US In-House Beauty Media team, supporting the US business within our North America division and will lead execution of our digital media strategies. As a US Digital Media Trading Manager, you will be a collaborative and courageous leader whose primary focus will be helping to execute all digital media campaigns for the business, inclusive of audience & inventory strategy and ongoing campaign optimizations that deliver on the intended goals & objectives for the investment. In this role, you will lead execution and overarching programmatic strategy for the category through understanding category media model and media plans. You'll make data-informed strategy decisions to deliver best in class outcomes. You'll also set up, run, and optimized campaigns to align with our standard processes and optimize for pacing, performance, cost and quality.
Keep in mind, you'll need to be detail oriented and troubleshoot campaign issues through to solution as well as maintain DSP relationships. Keeping up to date on campaign insights as well as platform enhancements are a key part to success as a Digital Campaign Manager at P&G!
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years experience as a programmatic trader
Experience in DV360 and owning YouTube campaigns strongly preferred
Prefer experience with clients who have significant national advertising and experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or other consumer facing spaces are preferred
Strong math and analytical skills
Foundational marketing competence
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at minimum)
Ability to learn server-based software and tools
Strong interest in and familiarity with full media planning and activation process
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
Passion for media and specifically programmatic as a trade
