Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for handling various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is based in Price Hill, moving to Fairfield in April, and operates on the 1st shift from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that working on the last day of every month, regardless of the day, is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all purchasing with vendors.

  • Manage onboarding for internal employees.

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable in the office.

  • Input data as needed.

  • Manage human resources for the site.

  • In charge of customer setups.

  • Conduct safety training.

  • Handle internal payroll.

Essential Skills

  • AP/AR experience.

  • Purchasing experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work the last day of every month.

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Safety-oriented mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Human resources experience.

  • Data entry skills.

  • HR administration knowledge.

  • Experience in onboarding.

  • College degree in Accounting (preferred).

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment will be moving from Price Hill to Fairfield in April. The role requires working on the last day of every month, regardless of the day. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00
