Delhi Athletic Club managed by HealthFitness has immediate openings for two full-time Personal Trainers at their brand new 65,000 sq.ft. facility. This site also includes a cultural arts and banquet center in addition to the fitness and aquatics areas. This new facility is located just outside Cincinnati, OH and is slated to open June 1st. Your sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one, buddy and group personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

Schedule: Full-time, 40hpw, hours will vary

What's needed:

• Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider and ideally 1+ year of personal training experience.

• Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Computer proficiency in MS Office including at minimum Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
