SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site within the office and job sites. Join a team as an Owner's Rep working on public projects within Cincinnati, Columbus, and Louisville. The company is aiming to grow from 18 to 30 employees.
DESCRIPTION: The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting Project Managers in completing projects on-time and under budget.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to complete projects
Responsible for cost, schedule, and budget
Uphold project standards
Occasional job-site visits to attend meetings with contractors, owners, and other engineers
MUST HAVES:
Associate's Degree or greater in Construction Management or Engineering
1+ year of Commercial Construction experience
Project Managing, Budgeting, and Scheduling
NICE TO HAVES:
Civil Engineering
Communication, Collaboration, Problem-Solving
