For more information, please visit our website ator connect with us onor Job Title: ReliabilityEngineer Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Chickering) This Engineer will be responsible for ensuringthe reliability and maintainability of existing, new, and modified site systems, equipment, and infrastructure by guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an asset maintenance planthat includes: - Value-added preventive maintenance tasks - Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems. Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, andnon-reliability-related risksthat could adversely impact plant operation. Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance issues. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Works with production to performanalyses of assets including: - Asset utilization - Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) - Other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets PLC programming experience REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: B.S. in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering and 2+ years experience PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 5+ years' experience, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering BENEFITS We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k)+match and life insurance.
