Staffmark Investment, LLC Remote Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative for a reputable grocery and pharmaceutical chain. We have multiple shifts available to meet your work-life balance needs. Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift + 1 weekend day. Pay: $16/hr. Training Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday for 2 weeks onsite then position turns remote. Customer Service Representative daily tasks: Address patient inquiries through Company Health Connect phone line. Utilize Pharmacy applications and vendor platforms for data entry and patient care optimization. Protect customer information in compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy laws. Ensure accuracy and a customer-first approach in all tasks. Resolve complex customer situations professionally, aiming for first contact resolution. Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and insurers to provide comprehensive care. Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Qualifications: 3-4 years of customer service/call center experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
