Under close supervision, takes charge and gives directions to other Environmental Services associates while performing the same duties as other associates in the group. Regularly performs all tasks of department associates including check-outs, stripping & waxing floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning & moving beds, moving furniture and completing set-ups. Performs typical duties of a leader, such as transmitting work instructions from supervisor to other associates, assigns work duties to associates, trains new employees and manages the unit in the absence of the supervisor.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience preferred, but not required. | Ability to read and comprehend written materials.
