  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering or Engineering discipline is required
  • Minimum of 10 years technical experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and an employment offer is conditioned upon your ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fifteen (15) or more years sales/customer relationship building experience
  • Aerospace structural castings market knowledge or experience highly desired
  • Experience within the Aerospace Industry, investment castings, coatings or in the machining of metal components preferred
  • Proven customer relationship abilities and account management aptitude is desired
  • Exceptional written/oral communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and interact with all organization levels
  • Understanding of terms and conditions documents and commercial agreements
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and related computer skills
