StandardAero Business Aviation Services Technician, Composite in Cincinnati, Ohio

Composites Technician Cincinnati, Ohio This is a 1st shift position- Training will take place on 2nd Shift which can require 3-9 months. Work with your team to implement the right processes and practices across our organization to help ensure flight and product efficiency. As a Composites Technician you'll set up and operate a variety of hand tools such as hammers, files, dremels, drills, presses, low temperature ovens, pullers and hand grinders to perform various operations such as blending, chasing threads, deburring, angle checking, coldworking metals, masking, and braze application. What you'll do: Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality Compute and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy Observe all applicable safety practices and immediately reporting any unsafe practices or conditions The skills you will use: Read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints. Follow both written and verbal instructions. Lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
