EMSL is seeking a Credit and Collections Representative in Cinnaminson, NJ. Ideal candidate must have three years business to business collections experience. This position will be on-site and based out of the following locations: Cinnaminson NJ, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN, and Tampa FL.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing business to business collection by contacting delinquent customer accountsMaintaining customer filesResearching billing and payment discrepanciesAssist with setting up payment schedules as needed per Manager's approvalProvide customers with reports, invoices and statements when requestedRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of three years’ experience in business to business collections is requiredMust have good customer service skillsDetail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphereMust be organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to work independentlyProficient in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word experienceKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within credit collections is requiredPossess good verbal and written communication and problem solving skillsAvailable Shift:Monday to Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Training Schedule to start will be Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EMSL offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and a flexible spending accountTo find out more about EMSL Analytical, Inc. please visit our website at: www.emsl.com EOE including Veterans and Disabled
