System One Programming Technician – Precision Sheet Metal in Cinnaminson, New Jersey
Programming Technician
Location: Cinnaminson, NJ
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm
Contract-to-permanent opportunity!
Programming Technician Job Duties:
Develop flat patterns for sheet metal parts using CAD software.
Create machine programs for turret punch presses or a fiber laser to cut out parts.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Learn and implement machine programming software.
Assist with the setup and operation of turret punch presses and fiber laser machines.
Programming Technician Job Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks (required).
Experience in sheet metal fabrication or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and machinery.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Training Provided:
Development of flat patterns for sheet metal parts.
Use of machine programming software.
Hands-on training in the setup and operation of turret punch presses and fiber laser machines.
