PICKAWAY SENIOR CENTER Phone: 740-474-8831 Fax: 740-477-8114 2105 CHICKASAW DRIVE • PO BOX 565 • CIRCLEVILLE OH 43113 Home Delivered Meal Driver and Kitchen and Nutrition Assistant Job Summary: Home Delivered Meals, also known as Meals on Wheels, is a program to ensure the wellbeing of Seniors living in Pickaway County. The successful candidate will be able to complete all tasks listed below and have a heart for service. Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean up • Assist in packaging of Home Delivered Meal • Deliver meal to door of client • Interact with clients to verify they are home and are doing well; if there is change in client wellbeing, notify the Center • Maintain client confidentiality at all times • Keep up-to-date records of meals delivered and client status • Offer and collect donation envelopes and deliver to the Center • Clean coolers and put away upon return to Center • Thoroughly clean the van, oven, and other equipment weekly • Other duties as assigned by Nutrition Coordinator, Head Cook, or Director Qualifications: • Valid driver's license with good driving record • Proof of car insurance • Pass background check, breathalyzer, and drug test • Ability to get along with others • Able to lift 45 pounds Starting hourly wage is $12.50.
