Robert Half Ecommerce Sample Coordinator in City of Industry, California
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Ecommerce Sample Coordinator located in the City of Industry, California. The role primarily involves coordinating with various teams within the retail industry to ensure smooth operation of our ecommerce platform. This position is based in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are paramount.
Responsibilities:
• Establishing and managing a tracking system for all sample requests
• Collaborating with the marketing team to set key calendar deadlines for photo shoot samples
• Leading communication between multiple teams, including photo, copy, and buyers, to ensure seamless coordination of samples
• Overseeing all samples with cross-functional teams, including reporting and archiving
• Coordinating samples for various catalogs and mailers
• Ensuring quality assurance checks on site pages and assisting with update verifications
• Identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance our business processes
• Executing additional job duties as required to support the team's goals
• Using various software tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and CRM for efficient operation
• Managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a strong ability to follow up on open items. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the retail industry
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience creating and managing Banner Ads
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings
• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management
• Experience using CRM systems for customer relationship management
• Familiarity with the About Time software
• Understanding of budget processes within the retail industry
• Excellent calendar management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with C-Suite level executives.
