This position requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited university/college.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or branding for consumer packaged goods, preferably in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies or reputable CPG advertising agencies; plus 2+ years related experience in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
Experience working in multinational corporations while utilizing change management skill in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with solid "CAN-DO" attitude.
Pursue innovation and change with a mindset of continuous improvement.
Excellent leadership skills to drive non-reporting teams to work toward the common goal.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
