  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited university/college.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or branding for consumer packaged goods, preferably in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies or reputable CPG advertising agencies; plus 2+ years related experience in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.

  • Experience working in multinational corporations while utilizing change management skill in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with solid "CAN-DO" attitude.

  • Pursue innovation and change with a mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Excellent leadership skills to drive non-reporting teams to work toward the common goal.

  • Exceptional ability to develop and cultivate strategic relationships.

  • Strong presentation, organization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to organize, set priority, manage and measure work.

  • Ability to make timely decisions, handle multiple projects, work under pressure, meet all deadlines and be flexible in work schedule.

  • Ability to work within an integrated operating enterprise, coach peers and teams in executing complex programs, deal with ambiguity and conflict management.

  • Ability to motivate others, build effective teams, direct others.

  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Good understanding of financials and budgeting process.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
