Emerson Talent Acquisition Recruiter in CIUDAD DE MEXICO, Mexico

In this position, the recruiter will apply general recruitment knowledge to provide full cycle recruiting services including: sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent in collaboration with business partners. Will complete the implementation and administration of processes, as well as relationship management, governance and compliance, and data research and analysis for a sophisticated geography and/or business partner.

In this role, your responsibilities will be

65% DEVELOP PIPELINES, IMPLEMENT & COMPLETE RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES

Will draw on a general knowledge of various business environments to develop requirements and strategies to determine recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies, to prioritize, and to develop strategies and metrics to ensure alignment with delivering business/function goals

Will draw upon general industry knowledge to provide input on finding functional talent (best sourcing/recruiting channels and methods), which includes: applying labor market consultation, competitive intelligence, and selling the Emerson brand.

Will provide full cycle recruiting services including: job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Will use recruitment technology systems (i.e. Oracle Recruit Cloud) to drive process improvements and, and Taleo analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.

Will actively participates in recruitment related projects or initiatives with businesses/functions

25% relationship management

With support from the Talent Acquisition Manager, will build and maintain internal/external relationships related to the recruitment process which may include: hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc.

Will use general recruitment subject matter expertise to partner with business and HR leadership (e.g. BU Managers, Business HR Managers, etc.) regarding recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities, forecasts, etc.

Will handle respective candidate pools to ensure people remain engaged in current or future opportunities, and ensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience.

Will provide general training and direction related to a Talent Recruitment process or system for HR professionals in the business.

Will actively participate in the management and selection of vendors, when applicable.

10% employment governance & compliance

Drawing upon general employment knowledge and experience, will ensure Talent Recruitment compliance requirements are met, which could include:

  • Includes Policy and legal requirements for a specific region/country/state

  • Includes Administration of internal systems and/or creation of processes to guarantee adherence with country/local labor laws

  • Will coordinate accountability measures and processes to support compliance of policies, processes, and procedures.

For this role, you will need:

  • 4 years of recruiting experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in English

  • Strong business insight, business partnering skills and orientation toward results

  • Ability to capture and analyze data, and implement recommendations with business partners

  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of employment equity, employment law, and diversity recruiting strategies

  • Proven organizational skills and detail orientation

  • Strong process leadership skills that ensure consistent quality of service delivery

  • Excellent client service skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Experience with a recruiting tools such as Taleo, LinkedIn, etc

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

  • Additional training in behavioral interviewing and technical recruiting

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Detail oriented, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
