NBC Universal Licensing Coordinator in Ciudad de México, Mexico

This role will have the opportunity to activate some the most iconic entertainment brands in the industry at a local & regional level with franchises that are part of our core Studios like Amblin, Blumhouse, Illumination & DreamWorks Animation.

 

As a Franchise Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Franchise Marketing Manager Mexico & LATAM. This position will be responsible to support the Regional Franchise Marketing Team por consumer products. You’ll need to be able to generate marketing strategies to increase NBCUniversal IP’s footprint across the LATAM region.

We look for someone proactive, creative, passioned for entertainment brands and with innovative mind set. It’s important to work with different teams, business units, licensees and to be capable of managing multiple projects at once.

 

Responsible for creating, executing and measuring marketing and communications campaigns to facilitate relevant information for external & internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Safeguard brand guidelines for each IP, making sure to follow guardrails in companionship with all licensees.

  • Constant monitoring and analysis of metrics, updating plan, identifying risks & opportunities, and developing actions to ensure revenue and other relevant goals.

  • Ensure all Franchise’s information is up to date (Master Sales Presentations, Leave Behinds, Slates, Sell Sheets, Marketing Asset Packs, etc) in English and Spanish.

  • Ensure all proccess are covered properly (Media Box submissions, CAF, PUMA, 5th kind)

  • Create campaigns based on analytics, data insights and deep segmentation per industry, size, and licensee profile

  •  Design and execute marketing strategy with the design agency and media plan with digital agency (ATL, BTL, OOH, DOOH)

  •  Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners (internal & external).

  •  Manage in collaboration with Regional Brand Franchise the correct usage of Costume Characters.

  • Find new ways to communicate and support on Cross Divisional activities.

  • Development budget management and optimization & vendor set up (SAP, APEX).

Qualifications

  •  Marketing Bachelor´s degree or related areas.

  •  Fluent in english and spanish.

  • Leadership skills and creativity.

  • Ability to easily adapt and teamwork.

  • Strong marketing and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Excellent administration skills coupled with the ability to balance and prioritize work.

  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.

  •  Flexible, proactive, and quick learner.

  •  Relationship management, collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to influence others.

  •  Budget Management.

  •  Ability to work and communicate across all levels of the organization.

  •  Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously.

  •  External perspective to always be looking how to differentiate.

Strong PC/MAC skills for Power Point and/or Keynote.
