We need a coordinator to join our Store Construction Team in Mexico City. They can prioritize tasks, work independently, and solve problems while being a great teammate.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
On any given day you might be coordinating construction minor projects for APLA, executing them according to brand’s strategic plan, ensuring that optimal image and operating conditions are maintained. This includes driving process improvement, communicating project’s results to x-functional team, monitor and report vendor performance, guide and lead technical documents and certificates expedition, review construction drawings, and attend to all administrative brand requirements for the position. All the activities will require high-quality presentations in Power Point, complex reports in Excel, drafting construction drawings in AutoCAD, a keen knowledge in construction, and developed people and communication skills.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You´ll be part of the Nike Rel Estate and Store Construction Team and report to the Store Construction Manager. On the daily you will be supporting a large, diverse team of Nike people with a variety of management styles, as well as coordinating outside suppliers and vendors. People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own, with transparent communication and policy based.
