About the Role
Supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.
What You Will Do
Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
Primary contact with operations team to align production plan, customer orders & customer priorities.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1 year) and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Demand Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of Demand Management; ability to effectively sense, predict, plan for and manage the demand for products and services.
Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
What is Required:
Bachelor's degree completed Business administration, Engineering.
Intermediate conversational English
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience in SAP
Experience as a Supply Chain.
