ManpowerGroup Metal Finisher in Clarence, New York
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Metal Finisher to join their growing team.
As a Metal Finisher, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Fabrication Team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
Job Title: Metal Finisher
Location: Clarence, NY
Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00
Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM
What's the Job?
Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools to remove excess material or burrs from metal surfaces.
Sharpen edges or corners of metal pieces using designated tools.
Buff, hone, or polish metal pieces to achieve a smooth, unmarred finish.
Examine metal surfaces for defects and remove them meticulously with grinders.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Ability to follow instructions precisely and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
A strong eye for detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality finishes.
Basic understanding of grinding tools and safe operation procedures.
