About the Role
What Youll Do:
Maintain and Run AP Automation programs Automation Anywhere Bot
Assist with Vendor Disputes by conducting Statement Reviews and reconciliation.
Review and investigate open credits and outstanding checks monthly.
Help drive and implement internal Accounts Payable Process improvements.
Tracker Resolution
CC vendor setup
Assist with Vendor relations initiatives - Vendor Portal Management AP Memos email.
What Youll Bring
High School Diploma Required
1-2 years in accounts payable experience.
Customer Service experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Organized and excellent time management skills a must
Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Experience with accounts payable representation
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees, and vendors.
