Job Title: Information Systems Manager

Location: Clarksville, TN (100% On-Site)

Jostens is looking for a qualified Information Systems Manager to lead our IS Department operations in Clarksville, TN! Join our Team!

Our Information Systems Manager oversees a team of technicians an has the overall responsibility of maintaining the information systems for our manufacturing facility. This includes all aspects of planning, purchasing, training, implementation, maintenance, etc. regarding hardware and software in the IS area. They are responsible for problem solving and communication of standards, procedures, policies, etc. They actively oversee the area and manage the department, including budget, coaching and developing, as well as maintaining a motivational climate.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or similar, and/or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations in an industrial/production environment.

  • Management/Supervisory experience in a team-based environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members.

  • Excellent MS Office experience, in particular Excel Skills, MS Access, ERP/MRP, and/or equivalent experience.

  • In-depth understanding of voice communication systems, software applications, client/server network, internet/intranet applications, computer science and network security & maintenance.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent planning, forecasting, purchasing and organizational skills.

  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.

  • Has served as an effective role model, either internally or externally.

Preferred:

  • Experience in “made to order” business/manufacturing.

  • Exposure and knowledge of Continuous Improvement initiatives
