ManpowerGroup Operations Maintenance Technician in Clayton, Indiana
Our client is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Operations Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Facilities Maintenance team supporting the overall functionality of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operations Maintenance Technician
Location: Plainfield, IN
Pay Rate: $19.85 per hour - 2nd shift 2:25pm to 11:15pm
What's the Job?
Manage the service life of company assets, including physical buildings and utilities.
Conduct both corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment.
Utilize appropriate internal and external resources to ensure a safe operational environment.
Maintain and adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Document and record maintenance activities accurately and efficiently.
What's Needed?
1-2 years of experience in a maintenance role.
Good written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
Ability to work with a moderate degree of supervision.
Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed.
