Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to become a part of our team. In this role, you will focus on business-related litigation cases, handling both plaintiff and defendant sides. You will be expected to conduct extensive research, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in written discovery and related processes. This role is based in Clayton, Missouri.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in both plaintiff and defendant work in business-related litigation cases

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis related to cases

• Manage and organize case materials using case management software

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests

• Utilize briefing techniques to present case summaries and legal theories

• Handle court appearances, trials, and appeals as career progresses

• Maintain accurate records of billable hours using attorney billing software

• Collaborate with the team in a proactive learning environment

• Utilize document management skills to maintain accurate customer credit records

• Assist other attorneys in the team when required. Requirements • Proficient in Case Management Software

• Capable of Document Management

• Experience in Briefing

• Proficient in Civil Litigation

• Familiarity with Billing Software for Attorneys

• Ability to Assist Attorneys

• Must be a Licensed Attorney

• Experience as a Litigation Attorney

• Knowledge of Complex Business Litigation

• Strong Legal Research skills

• Proficient in Discovery, Discovery Requests, and Discovery Responses

• Experience with Civil Court procedures

• Ability to make Court Appearances

• Experience in Commercial Litigation
