As an Assembler Precision Electrical Level I, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of precision electrical components. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in the assembly process, following strict guideline and procedures. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by ensuring the precise assembly of electrical components.
Key Responsibilities
2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday
Support various manufacturing processes requiring soldering, wiring and mechanical assembly experience.
Be capable of using hand tools as required to assemble product according to product specifications
Able to perform repairs on products that fail tests or quality inspections
Maintain assigned work areas
Comply with all safety rules.
Analyze and interpret data
Perform product changeovers
Make corrections to the process
Perform equipment testing
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Able to solder under a microscope > 80% of the time
Experience working with microelectronics
Able to perform wire and cable harness assembly
Experience completing self-inspection of production
JSTD 003 and/or JSTD 001 + space addendum
IPC 610 and/or NASA 8739.4 certifications
