BayCare Health System Financial Specialist in Clearwater, Florida
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
The Financial Specialist is responsible for:
Coordinating and improving the processes for financial analysis and reporting
Leading complex projects to achieve the organizations goals and objective
Conduct data analysis, develop statistical models, and create detailed reports to drive data-driven insights and inform business performance optimization.
Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to cabinet members, finance committees, and upper management, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Required - Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting
Preferred - Master's in Business Administration
Experience
Required - 8 years of Accounting or Finance
How often will this team member be working remotely? Hybrid (8-10 onsite per year)
