JOB SUMMARY
The Area Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition and account management. This role demands a results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of our staffing services to clients and build lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Acquisition
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Conduct client needs assessments to understand staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
Sales and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our staffing services and presenting compelling value propositions.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement
Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinators to identify and match candidates with client needs.
Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or related industry.
Strong computer skills-Microsoft office
Human Resource experience a plus
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
