  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of electrical/automation experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Project management experience related to automation/electrical overhaul of manufacturing equipment (aged equipment, modernization, product tracking systems)
  • This role is based in the HWS headquarters in Cleveland but requires the willingness to travel to other HWS locations including Monterrey, Mexico, Barberton, Ohio, and, occasionally, Szkesfehrvr, Hungary.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems to include hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, control systems and measurement feedback systems
  • Working knowledge of Rockwell Automation and Fanuc control systems
  • Experience programming industrial robots
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
