Description Essential Functions Delivering Effective Nutrition Care (Develops & implements decision making tools for potential complex cases in area of specialty) Critical Thinking & Decision Making (Identifies & implements a plan to address the problem, issue or challenge & develop & implement PI project for department/or system) Communication & Education (Provides education to staff, interns & other health care professionals in the hospital in area of expertise ) Leadership (Develop and lead initiatives to promote continuous best practice in the hospital) Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
