The Sherwin-Williams Company Cybersecurity Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Co-Op in Cleveland, Ohio

The Cybersecurity Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Co-Op participants will learn key business continuity & disaster recovery principles by participating in different phases of the business continuity manager processes. The incumbent will have opportunity to support our business both independently and in a team-based environment. Students are given the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while building their resume through practical work experience with a Fortune 200 Company. The cybersecurity co-op position is located in downtown Cleveland at our Corporate Headquarters. Long-term availability is preferred (at least 1 full year). Position hours are flexible within Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm; part time (15-28 hours per week). No travel required for position. Co-Ops are given the opportunity to gain exposure to one or more of the following areas within Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: - Risk Assessments - Business Impact Analysis & Application Impact Analysis - Business Continuity Plans & Technology Resilience Plans - Business Continuity Exercises & Disaster Recovery Exercises - Vendor Continuity Essential Functions Risk Analysis * Analyze the probability of various risks and determine potential impacts for critical locations. Business Impact Analysis & Application Impact Analysis * Document and determine critical functions, required resources and dependencies. Business Continuity Plans/Technology Resilience Plans * Identify recovery steps and critical personnel. Exercises * Prepare scenarios and document lessons learned. Vendor Continuity * Review recovery capabilities of critical vendors and suppliers. Incidental Functions * Prepare and lead presentations as requested. * Assist with various projects as may be required to contribute, individually or with a team, to efficiency and effectiveness of the work. Minimum Requirements * Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age * Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future * Must be currently enrolled in a university or college degree program actively working towards an Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. Preferred Qualifications * Have prior experience preparing and delivering presentations. * Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. * Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook).
