University Hospitals Health System Human Services Social Worker in Cleveland, Ohio
Description Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. The location is Rainbow Babies and Children's. The patient population will be children and babies. Crisis prevention, psych and trauma. Previous pediatric Emergency Department. This is the evening night rotation. The hours are mainly 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 3/12's Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
