Description
We are seeking to bring on board a Systems & Network Analyst based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role primarily involves maintaining the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and ensuring the efficiency of our 100 PCs. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing our mobile devices and VOIP systems, along with troubleshooting daily system issues. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those skilled in database management, Microsoft tools, and business requirement documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Backup the ERP person and ensure the continuity of system functions.
• Oversee networking operations and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain the functionality of 100 PCs.
• Manage VOIP systems and ensure clear and efficient communication channels.
• Oversee Mobile Device Management, including configuring and deploying devices.
• Maintain network infrastructure, including routers and switches.
• Troubleshoot daily system issues to ensure minimal interruption of operations.
• Leverage skills in cybersecurity to enhance the security of our systems.
• Utilize MS Office 365, Networking, and VoIP skills to enhance system performance and user experience.
Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in database management and data analysis
• Solid understanding of Microsoft suite including MS Office 365
• Ability to draft and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems and configurations
• Experience with configuration management and system deployments
• Familiarity with VoIP systems and networking principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
