- BS degree in Engineering (Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/etc.) from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Business acumen and leadership ability
- Flexibility to travel 25% to 50%
- Education/Suggested Majors: Open (Masters in Engr or Business preferred)

Preferred Qualifications For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with:
- Prior experience in Manufacturing Environment
- MS in Engineering or MBA
Post-Program Opportunities (dependent on participant entry level and business needs):
- Line Leadership Role (examples: Plant Manager, Production Manager/Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor)
- OPEX/HBS/CI Leadership Role (example: Sr CI Engineer, HBS Manager)
Working Conditions This position involves moderate exposure to risk of accident and requires following basic safety precautions. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment. While not regularly exposed to hazardous materials, this position requires wearing full PPE to protect from mobile equipment and hot materials when on the shop floor. This position requires minimal physical activity, such as walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time, as well as engaging in all motions necessary to perform 5S duties. This position also requires the willingness to travel domestically for training and benchmarking purposes, as well as maintain a flexible work schedule.
