This person will contribute to our organic social media strategy, as well as manage video vendor relationships, video creation, and assist with our social recruiting efforts. Essential Functions and Primary Duties: * Manges the corporate careers social media channels - including writing organic social media posts for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. And monitors and responds to messages. 30% * Creates graphics/videos for open jobs to use on social media. 10% * Serve as the liaison to contracted video vendors for corporate videos. 50% * Create videos internally in Lumen5 and Canva, Adobe Premier Pro and/or Premier Rush. 20% * Assist with duties related to Integrated Marketing Campaigns for social recruiting.10% * Assists with creating content for other corporate social media channels - including writing organic social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. 10% * Assist with efforts to design and implement social media campaigns. * Monitors trending social content and identify areas to participate in those conversations. * Applied knowledge of social media management platforms preferred. * Track, report and analyze social analytics. * Communicate with graphic designers for creative assets. * Uphold brand voice and marketing standards Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' marketing experience in a social media-focused role * Ability to work in team environment as well as independently * Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities * B2B social media experience * Experience working with social media dashboards or social media management tools. * Video editing, managing scripts, managing the editing process, etc. Minimum Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert * Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise * Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally * Effective customer service skills * Proficient use of applicable technology * Ability to work in team environment as well as independently * Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities #LI-MM2 #LI-Hybrid CBIZ.Jobs Category: Corporate REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION If you are a qualified individual with a disability you may request reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access this site as a result of your disability.
