The Sherwin-Williams Company NOAM Workforce Management Process & Training Specialist in Cleveland, Ohio

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Partner with technology and business unit teams to document WFM processes, ensuring all process documentation is easy to understand and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Review and update documentation to reflect any changes in processes or systems. Identify WFM system training needs. Partner with training team to develop training materials and programs to support retail and manufacturing employees. Partner with Analytics and Enablement and SBS WFM Operations to identify opportunities for system training needs to reduce contact center volume. Conduct train the trainer sessions to educate trainers on how to effectively deliver WFM system training to employees. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update materials as needed to ensure they remain relevant and impactful. Plan and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new WFM policies and systems. Communicate changes to all stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption. Monitor the impact of changes and make adjustments to drive adoption, enhance the effectiveness system, and clarify processes and policies. Create comprehensive WFM policies that govern the processes related to staffing, scheduling, and overall workforce management. Ensure that policies are aligned with business objectives and comply with legal standards. Partner with compliance specialists to develop policy documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies meet the operational needs and challenges of business units. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in related fields. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree focused on Information Technology, Human Resources, or English KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Experience in leading change management activities, particularly related to the implementation of new processes, policies, or systems. Skills in assessing the impact of change, managing stakeholder expectations, and reducing resistance to change. Experience in creating and delivering training programs focused on system usage and process adherence. Strong written communication skills for developing clear, concise, and effective process documentation. Ability to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to leverage analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and influence change. Ability to develop process mapping and standard operating procedures. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred: Payroll and Time & Attendance implementation experience desired. Agile project management experience. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred: Aptitude with WalkMe system. Aptitude with Payroll and HCM systems. Aptitude with Jira Agile platforms and other project management tools.
