What this job involves - The Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for the delivery of amazing client and guest experiences by ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted in a welcoming, professional, and friendly manner. This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment. Your day to day: Create a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and visiting employees. Track all visitors, including vendors, visiting employees and guests Manage parking and vehicle logs and records, security access cards and keys Assist with tracking employee on-boarding/off-boarding processes. Manage incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required. Support the annual management plan by accomplishing key performance indicators as identified by management. Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional customer service skills. Perform other facility management assignments as described by team and manager. Sound like you? Fluency in English required Knows how to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent and elevated guest experiences and accuracy Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages.
