Your Role

Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, as the Customer Care Specialist in the Sea logistics business unit, your mission is to ensure client satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and proactive customer service. You will work in a dynamic, results-driven environment where exceeding individual and team performance goals is paramount.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will promptly respond to customerinquiries through various communication channels, maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and empathy while providing accurate and timely information.

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer needs and issuesin a timely manner, employing creative problem-solving skills to deliveroptimal solutions, including handling escalated issues with tact and diplomacy.

  • You will foster ongoing collaboration with other teams, including sales, operations,marketing, and technical support, to address customer issues and enhance theoverall customer experience.

  • Documentationand Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customerinteractions and issues in the customer service management system to facilitateeffective follow-up and resolution.

  • Results-DrivenEnvironment: Thrive in a results-driven environment where meeting or exceedingindividual and team performance goals is the norm, including response times,customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.Impact on Customers:

  • Provideprompt, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries to enhancetheir overall experience.

  • Furnishaccurate and timely information to empower customers to make informed decisionsand utilize our products and services effectively.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 2+ years' Customer Service experience

  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

  • You have the ability to work a hybrid schedule, reporting to the office 4 days per week

  • You have the ability to travel to Detroit, MI during your second week of employment for on-site Sea Logistics training
