Our client, a leading manufacturer , is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst , you will be part of the Enterprise Data organization supporting operational efficiency projects . The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical abilities , strong communication skills , and a collaborative mindset , which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range:

[$55-$63/hour]

What’s the Job?

  1. Collaborate with the Program Manager to optimize operational efficiency.

  2. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports that focus on business process efficiency and financial tracking.

  3. Assess the impact and convey the progress of various initiatives on business operations.

  4. Act as the primary liaison for designated projects related to operational improvements and resource utilization.

  5. Generate data-backed insights to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.

What’s Needed?

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.

  2. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.

  3. Excellent analytical abilities with the capability to translate data into actionable outcomes.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.

  5. Familiarity with data analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
