KeyBank NA Senior FP&A Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio
Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145 The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the overall financial management of the bank and drive analysis to aid in the strategic decision-making process, while partnering closely with other members of the FP&A team, Executives, and Business Leaders. Responsibilities: Conduct analysis and financial modeling in support of Key's balance sheet strategy & capital allocation process Identify and evaluate the execution of strategic levers that improve Key's financial profile Aid in the execution of critical projects in support of Key's financial management, while partnering cross-functionally across the organization Support Key's top-down financial forecasting and scenario analysis process Prepare Executive Leadership and Board of Directions discussion materials that effectively communicate key financial trends, opportunities, and considerations Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in banking, FP&A, or strategic finance with knowledge of core banking business drivers Proven critical thinker with an analytical and 'value-oriented' mindset Ability to add structure to ambiguous problems High degree of ownership with willingness to tackle difficult problems under tight timelines Trend of establishing strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working with large amounts of data and strong proficiency in Excel COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
