We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist in Cleveland, Ohio. The role is largely centered on managing and coordinating various human resources tasks within the legal industry. Our workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be actively involved in managing employee relations, maintaining compliance, and handling benefit functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Utilize ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems effectively for various HR tasks.

• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and guidelines within the organization.

• Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce platforms to perform HR functions effectively and efficiently.

• Act as a point of contact for FMLA related queries and issues.

• Use ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient task management and coordination.

• Handle benefit functions with accuracy and diligence, ensuring employee satisfaction.

• Maintain open and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

• Manage and resolve any HR-related inquiries or issues promptly

Requirements • Extensive experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.

• Experience with Ceridian software.

• Proficient in Dayforce.

• Thorough knowledge of Benefit Functions.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations.

• Solid experience in Employee Relations.

• Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations. TalentMatch®
