CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Early Talent Programs Lead and monitor overall program experiences including pre-boarding, training, communications, class engagements, experiences and goals Oversee progress, solicit feedback methods and make process improvements as necessary Lead and coordinate early talent events including orientation and graduation Partner with Division HR leadership to ensure appropriate business stakeholders are involved and division needs are met Provide updates including program metrics and communications to key stakeholders Partner with L&OD and division training to create learning plans to build participant key skills for success in post program positions Partner with TA COE to ensure successful, diverse to go market and recruitment strategy for programs Manage post-program transition and offboarding Inclusion and Diversity In partnership with Corporate ID&E and Talent Program Manager, coordinate and execute inclusion and diversity initiatives for PCG Support development and implementation of PCG ID&E plan including discovery, analysis, and communication In partnership with Director L&OD and Talent Programs Manager, support all ID&E training design and deployment within PCG Act as HR Advisor to all Employee Resource Groups including PCG Women's Network and PCG African American Network Targeted Development Programs Research, design and implement new development programs to address business needs including retirement risk and next level employee readiness Lead programs that may include sponsorship, mentoring, retirement offboarding, etc. Partner with Manager, Talent Programs to identify key talent trends, talent pipeline gaps and risks and use analysis to inform targeted development programs L&OD Project Support Provide project support for various L&OD projects that support both PCG and divisional needs Provide support or represent PCG on enterprise-wide projects POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or Related Field Preferred: Master's degree in Business Management, HR, Communications, or Related Field Certification and/or additional education in training, instructional design, change management KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3 years human resources experience including talent acquisition, university relations, learning and organizational development Experience with creating project plans and a track record of success in coordinating and completing projects. Experience with creating and executing communication plans including communicating to large audiences through multiple channels (i.e. email, webinar, in person presentations). Preferred: 2 years project management experience Experience with process improvements including the identification of an improvement and follow through with implementing the improvement. Experience participating as a team member on global projects. Experience working in a multicultural environment. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability work under minimal supervision. Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards. Ability to carry out specific instructions and general directions using proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
