Responsibilities: Responsible for quoting, technical information flow and routing/follow-up of Specialty Bearing inquiries and orders. Work with internal and external suppliers required to fulfill. Perform daily planning to include managing all raw and component material. Manage final variants to create continuous availability of finished products to satisfy customer demand. Manage all transactional activity including creation and maintenance of work orders and other documents for manufacturing and suppliers. Perform volume and inventory planning based on forecast, orderbook, material, and capacity. Review, expedite, cancel, and defer Manufacturing Orders as necessary. Establish excellent communication and relationships with the different working partners within and outside of SKF (Purchasing, Suppliers, Customers, and Sales). Work closely with Purchasing and Suppliers to address supplier performance issues. Review, expedite, cancel, and defer Manufacturing Orders based on external and internal customer requirements. Responsible for the finished and channel stock levels needed to support the business plan. Manage the inventory obsolescence process to minimize non-productive inventory and maximize cash flow contribution. Engage in the development of Supply Channels and Supply Channel Contracts, to include cost saving activities and volume forecasting of future requirements. Responsible for the procurement of all raw material and components. Ensure a constant flow of production, while minimizing the manufacturing stock inventory levels. Coordinate scheduling, warehousing, and shipping with the respective team members. Collaborate with production to assist and support continuous process improvement. Skills, Experience, and Technical Competencies Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Material Flow. Must have keen analytical skills and be a team player that can perform in a high-pressure environment. Excellent computer skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
