Cleveland Clinic Systems Analyst II - Kronos in Cleveland, Ohio

As a Kronos Systems Analyst II, you will complete routine support and designated projects, provide input to develop solutions, and assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and general communications. This position has a direct impact on the time keeping and scheduling of Cleveland Clinic caregivers in the United States and United Kingdom. While this position will primarily work remotely, there may be the need to occasionally go to Cleveland Clinic's Administrative Campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes departmental projects and ongoing application support.

  • Assists with scope and task plan development.

  • Provides input to resource requirement development.

  • Supports development of information system requirements.

  • Develops process flow charts and reports on project status.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  • High School diploma/GED and five years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of experience may substitute the experience requirement.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.

  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

  • Three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $30.41

Maximum hourly: $46.38

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
