Global Brand Associate Manager you support the Senior Global Brand Manager in the delivery of Global multi-year growth strategies. This role is responsible for leading Global innovation, portfolio management, executing brand growth strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business including innovation gate process, brand content delivery, business analysis, budgeting, and key brand initiatives.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Supports the development of successful strategic business plans to deliver against annual brand targets.
Global Innovation Leader: leading cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year disruptive innovation, including identifying consumer insights, coordinating and analyzing market trends and research, partnering with R&D to identify and develop partnerships and technologies, developing packaging and Commercial launch materials.
Global Portfolio Management: support the execution of the global portfolio strategy based on consumers’ needs and occasions in alignment with the Brand’s Equity strategy. Define priority Need Spaces and Growth opportunities. Contribute to portfolio simplification efforts and support the regional teams in aligning their portfolio to the global strategy.
Partners with the Global Brand Development team in the development and global roll out of creative communication and partnership campaigns.
Manages agency deliverables including content creation, internal approval routing, and global roll out.
Supports the Regional Commercial teams go-to-market strategy and execution of aligned innovation launches on the core business and new items.
Champions the day-to-day operational functions of the global brand, including innovation gate process management, budget management, invoicing.
Qualifications
You must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
2-4 years of experience as an Assistant or Associate Brand Manager in BtC with Mass Market experience
Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Demonstrated project management experience
Demonstrated product or brand management experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and cross-cultural environment
Efficient and effective with time management and demonstrate leadership qualities
What would be a plus for us:
Experience in innovation funnel and/or global launches
Experience managing brand budgets or have financial acumen
Experience working with Panel data and consumer data/insights tools
