Position Description: Ensuring that product is checked in properly, shelves are stocked; exciting displays are built, and is available for customer’s questions on the floor. Your day-to-day: + Stocking shelves + building exciting displays + safely operates equipment such as hand trucks, uboats, conveyor, forklifts (where necessary) + Assist in inventory and store moves + signing off on PO’s as deliveries arrive, ensuring accuracy + product placement in stores + helping to keep the store clean + knows the store’s exclusive and focus items + capability to ring on register and cover other areas of the store + Ability to assist customers with the location of products in the store and basic wine pairings. + Assist with other store operations tasks- ie cleaning break area, restrooms, collecting carts, stocking bags and materials at register What you bring to the team: A passion for the wine and spirits industry and a genuine interest in the products sold. Energy and enthusiasm to work, willingness to work in any area of the store that may need assistance, pride in your grooming standards, and a drive to give customers the best shopping experience to keep them coming back. Qualifications: Entry level, must be 18+ years Wine, Spirits, and Beer 101 Merchandising 101 Safe Lifting TiPs Certified Customer Service Training Satisfy: + Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, ensuring that each customer feels welcome and appreciated.
