Our client in Clifton, VA is looking for a talented Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsibilities include:
• Managing and processing of account payables
• Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical financial records
• Processing expense reports
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions
• Conducting vendor management and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Collaboration within a team to handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is highly valued!
Requirements
Requirements:
• High School Degree or Associate's degree
• At least 1+ year of relevant accounts payable experience
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Detailed and analytical problem-solving abilities
