RN Clinical Team Manager - Clinton, SC
Salary: $86,000 - $93,000+/year (negotiable based on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Highlights:
Lead a team of 10 healthcare professionals
Oversee admissions, prescriptions, and patient appointments
Conduct care coordination meetings with facilities
Qualifications:
Valid SC RN license
Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
2+ years management experience
Hospice, palliative care, or home health experience preferred
