Sales/Designer Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home offices, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry and more. If you are a motived, organized, caring individual who has a passion to provide outstanding and superior customer service, this position is for you. Job responsibilities: * Promote and sell all Closets by Design products and services. * Work both independently and as a team. * Excellent communication skills with a diverse clientele * Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. * Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s products. * Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands. * Ability to hand draw or use computer applications for design drawings and presentations. * Receive and process payments accordingly. * Resilience and a willingness to overcome rejection. * Reliable transportation We offer the following: * Work close to home. * No cold calling * Monthly bonus opportunity * Paid training * A flexible schedule - variable hours * Pre-Set appointments with new and repeat clients. * Excellent marketing materials provided. * No previous sales experience necessary Compensation Average Commission $50,000 - $100,000 (or more) Potential Annually Employment Type: Full-Time Job Type: Commission Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed.
