Our portfolio includes chemicals & monitoring solutions, start-up & operation, membrane & ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment The Project Manager/Process Specialist will enhance operational efficiency and promote continuous improvement within the Fulfilment team. In this role, you will partner with the Fulfilment Leader to update and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) procedure, help build and maintain business tools to optimise team efficiency, and focus on effective team onboarding/training. You will work closely with the Fulfilment Leadership team to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement training initiatives to support the team's growth and success. You will also manage the execution and fulfilment of fast-paced projects and orders. You will be accountable for delivering project scope, budgets, and schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this position, you will work alongside a team of highly experienced professionals in Engineering and Project Management. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure to technical and commercial aspects of the industry while supporting the P&D Aftermarket sales team in fulfilling product orders, maintaining the existing equipment install base, and playing a pivotal role in driving the business toward achieving its annual goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain the QMS procedures for the P&D team to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS. Facilitation of internal ITR QMS audits to monitor quality compliance and participate/liaison with the quality team during larger company-wide audits. Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the P&D team. Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support ongoing training initiatives. Assess training needs and create customised training programs based on individual and team requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and training materials. Ensuring assigned projects are delivered on schedule and budget by working closely with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Sourcing, Production, Planning CSC, Commissioning, greater VWTS) and external groups (suppliers, clients, contractors) Complete projects on time and within budget Lead project financial and schedule review meetings Develop the project BOM and oversee the purchasing process through SAP to ensure materials are delivered when required Organize and drive feedback to engineering, proposal development teams and product management for continual product and project delivery improvement Communicate project scope and schedules as effectively
